Bayo Owoseni

Chairman Board of Trustees

Bayo Owoseni holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a doctoral degree in specialized ministry. He had a successful career in the Nigerian manufacturing sector where he worked as production chemist, production technologist, and plant production manager. He was employed by the Ashmina Group in 1991 as a production chemist. In 1993, he joined the Nigerian Bags Manufacturing Company Limited (BAGCO) Lagos as a trainee manager. He was later redeployed to the International Polyworks Company Limited also in Lagos where he rose to the position of plant production manager. He had his first international work experience in 1999 when he visited the United Kingdom to work briefly with Bridon Ropes in Skipton and J.D Matthews Engineering in Middlesbrough. In 2002, he represented his organization at the International Plastic Engineering Conference in Birmingham United Kingdom. He is presently the CEO of Gheeks Innovations, a manufacturing consultancy and investment company. As a minister of the gospel, Bayo Owoseni is committed to the dominion mandate of Christians through the knowledge of the truth, the ministry of prayer, healing, and deliverance. He serves Jesus Christ in the office of an apostle. He is the chairman of the board of trustees of Lifeline School of Media and Creative Art

Olugbenga Kolawole

President / Executive Director

Olugbenga Kolawole is a Nigerian-born Canadian filmmaker. He holds a Diploma in Film Production from the prestigious Toronto Film School, an affiliate of Yorkville University, Toronto, Canada. Olugbenga began his journey in the film industry as an actor, starting with stage theatre before transitioning to film. With a background in directing stage productions, he later advanced to become a director of photography. Throughout his career, he has nurtured numerous talents in the industry and has directed and produced successful short documentaries. He is known for his roles as a producer, director, writer, and trainer. He currently serves as the President of Lifeline School of Media & Creative Arts.

Steve A. Olaniyan (MNIM)

Vice President (Academic & Finance)

Steve Olaniyan is a Nigerian American and an Alumni of Babcock University. With over 8 years of experience in the accounting field, he is a seasoned professional in the industry. Prior to joining CBRE, where he currently serves as a Real Estate Accountant at the Fortune 500 company and the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, Steve honed his skills as an accountant with the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, at the young age of 23, he embarked on his journey as an educator, lecturing at the Polytechnic Ibadan, where he shared his knowledge and passion for accounting with aspiring professionals.

He is the vice President, Academic & Finance at LSMCA

Adeola Kolawole

Vice President (Administration)

Adeola Kolawole is passionate about bringing projects to life and thrive on the dynamic challenges of project management. With a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, she has honed her skills in navigating the complexities of diverse projects. Her strength is collaboration and effective communication to drive success, fostering a culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. Her journey as a project manager taught her the importance of adaptability and resilience in the face of change, and she is constantly seeking new ways to innovate and optimize project processes. Whether it's overcoming obstacles, celebrating milestones, or building lasting relationships with stakeholders, she approaches every project with dedication and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Angela Edhere

Head of Operations

Angela Edhere is a brilliant storyteller with a passion for bringing beautiful stories to life through literature and media. Over time, she has honed her craft to encompass various forms of storytelling. A budding writer, voiceover artist, and actor, she has found innovative ways to amplify her voice and share her narratives globally. 

Currently training to be a medical doctor at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Angela aspires to heal people with both her hands and her words. In her role as Head of Operations at LMSCA, she leverages her organizational skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Angela is known for her dedication, attention to detail, and her commitment to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Babatunde Ojo

IT Manager

Babatunde Ojo is a results-oriented and forward-thinking IT professional with a proven track record of success in managing complex technical environments and driving strategic IT initiatives. With a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach, He is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that optimize business operations and drive growth. Over the past 20 years, he has held key roles in IT management, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems for diverse organizations across various industries. His experience spans infrastructure management, network administration, cloud computing, and project management. He thrives in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results. By fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment, cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional development among team members.

He currently serves as the IT Director at LSMCA.

Zahra Faraji

Faculty member

Zahra Faraji is an award-winning Iranian-Canadian filmmaker based in Toronto. She has years of experience as a script writer and assistant film editor.

Zahra’s short films have been promoted by film festivals, earning her awards and recognition. Her previous experience of working closely with successful Iranian filmmakers has made her develop a good sense of storytelling. She is passionate about social issues and her stories often relates to what affects the human society.

She is a member of faculty at LMSCA.

Prof. Sam Bodunrin

Faculty Member

Professor Sam Bodunrin is a renowned Professor and expert in human resource management with over 20 years of experience in the field. His research and consulting work has focused on various topics, including organizational behaviour, the future of work, and the strategic management of human resources. He is also an Award-winning Thought Leader in human resource management. He holds a PhD in Management and Human Resources from the Central University of Nicaragua, Texila American University. Sam is actively serving as a Board Member for the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) Ontario, Canada, and as a Member of the Governing Council and Chairman of the Canada Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

He is a member of faculty at LSMCA.

He is the current NBMA Best Voice Over Artist in Nigeria. 
Collins trained at the NATIONAL BROADCAST ACADEMY (Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria FRCN.
